Well Over 20K Rounds
I have been shooting Sporting Clays and Skeet with this beauty for over 3 years now. I prefer it over my Beretta 686. It has everything I want. Palm Swell, Porting, Mid Bead, Crisp Trigger Pull, 5 Chokes. It only lacks a case. But I keep it put together in a regular shotgun case. Best shotgun on the market for the money. Durable, Reliable and breaks clays with the best of them. Tristar really is the best value in shotguns. I own four of them.
You get what you pay for
The price was right, and delivery was pretty fast. I received it today and the bolt was jammed up in the receiver. I had to remove the trigger assembly to get it out which was a real pain in the ass too. The
instructions are terrible. after an hour or so I had it back together. I have several TriStar shotguns all of
which are better made than this one. I will try to shoot it tomorrow with hopes that it will function properly. If not, I will review it on YouTube and sell it or junk it.
Bad regulation
Took this to sporting clays course after I received it. Seemed to miss more targets from lower barrel. Patterned it and the lower barrel shot low and left. Sent it back to TriStar, they said it was within their specs. Can't hunt with a gun I can't rely on. Going to lose money on this one.
TT-15 Hits a Home Run
I bought one of these a little over a year ago and I could not be more pleased. This gun is the envy of the trap field. I have shot well over two thousand rounds with nary a hiccup. I am crushing targets. I mean crushing them. My scores have improved markedly. My confidence is high with this gun in my hands.
For the money it can't be beat. Yea, it's made in Turkey but the CNC machine that made it doesn't know that. My buddies marvel it and one fellow shooter is on the verge of getting one himself. I hear they are popular with the high school trap teams that have sprung up because of the value the gun represents. It has all the bells and whistles from the get go.
I understand two brothers that own the company and are big into trap shooting came up with this line of guns, the TT-15 that are dedicated to trap shooting. They hit a home run in my opinion.
Best Gun Purchase I've Ever Made
This is both my favorite to fire and my cheapest gun. I can shoot this gun better than any polymer striker-fired gun I've ever shot.
A steal at this price
I wasn’t sure about this gun when I purchased it, but I’m absolutely amazed at the build quality, aesthetics, and performance that you’re getting at this price point. The price to value ratio is through the roof on this pistol. I’ve read other reviews on it and people seem to complain about the trigger. I can assure you that the trigger is fine. The DA pull is heavy but it’s still consistent and fairly smooth. This definitely won’t be my last Canik built pistol. One of the best firearm purchases I’ve ever made. Try one out for yourself, these will only go up in price.
New favorite
Love this pistol. feels great in the hand and points naturally. Trigger not as smooth as my CZ 75 BD, but still very good and should improve with more shooting.
