This is basically a Super Black Eagle 1. This is the best value to be found in an inertia operated gun. I only question whether I should have upgraded to a Cerakoted version. I tend to think not given the price difference. I also would have liked the wood stocked model, but it can only be had with a 3" chamber. A 3 1/2" chamber is a must have for me just to have the flexibility.

Excellent rifle ...
The Colt M4 is the gold standard for patrol rifles. This model comes in 9mm, which is accurate to 100 yards, with iron sights. The 9mm round is less likely to drive through walls, so depending on your need, the 9mm round might be more effective than a 5.56mm round. Mine have been used in all sorts of spaces. Rarely is someone going to take a shot over 100 yards with a patrol rifle, so consider this model (if you need long range, consider a Springfield M1A1 in 7.62mm). The 9mm round is also less expensive for target shooting and marksmanship training. Great for teaching patrol rifle fundamentals. You can't go wrong with a 6951!!

Excellent Rifles!
The look of the rifle is "True West" with the 24" octagon barrel and the crescent butt plate. The fit from wood to metal is a 10, the bluing is black polished on the receiver with a high sheen and the barrel is a semi gloss. The action is good right out of the box. It cycles and feeds 44 mag with a O.A.L. of 1.6" and the 44 special with a O.A.L. of 1.5". I liked it so well that I purchased a twin in SS. I own 5 of the current production Rossi rifles. The are all treasures!

Great Price. Well-made receiver. Tight barrel fit. Waiting on stamp for SBR so I have not completely assembled yet but I ordered a 2nd one. I like the extended rail on top. The only thing missing is a cleaning hole in back, I 3d printed a jig and drilled one. Buy with confidence.

A near perfect package
This Gear Pac is a great value, as it comes with 4 magazines, two of which can be converted to 20 rounds mag with the included extender baseplate.
The gun runs well with about 200 rounds of FMJ so far. As a left hand shooter, I also appreciate full ambi control.
If I have to nitpick, it would be the plastic guide rod and the included Veridian red dot, also plastic. The brightness can not be adjusted manually, it is fully automatic. Depending on the lighting condition it will randomly shift from bright to dim while you look through the sight, which can be annoying. Otherwise it works and hold zero.

This is not going to be a Staccato in terms of fit and finish out of the box but this firearm is of great quality at a fraction of the cost. Tisas/MAC/SDS put in a lot of thought in the materials and features into the gun which has made it a sought after firearm for those in the DS 1911/2011 world. It is a over sprung, most likely on purpose, but if your like most gun owners in the market, you will probably spend extra money to tune the gun to your liking anyways. This firearm is a great canvas for your a competition setup or range toy. Great firearm.
